Because we only want happy customers, Intuit Crystals offers a 3-day return policy for live sale and website orders, which means if you are not satisfied with your order, you have 3 days after the date your package is postmarked/tracked as delivered to request a return. To start a return, contact us  at info@intuitcrystals.com. You will have 7 days after the date you receive your order to ship your return back. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

When your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we make it right. 

We cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
